Rising Star Day Care Childminders is run by Rev Dr Precious Toe. A qualified nursery nurse, teacher and mother of 4 beautiful children, I have dedicated my life to changing and helping others. Principles, relationships and actions form the foundation of my approach and I believe that our differences make us all beautiful. I am the founder/ CEO of Stand Up Stand Out, a charity for albinism which affects two of my own children. As a multi award winning gospel artist, I use my passion for music to raise money for albinism across Liberia and Ghana. I also bring this passion to childcare, and believe that music and dance can help children build confidence, develop find motor skills and more importantly have fun.
